Funny stories
Conversation with Owen (3 years old):
Me: Do you know what's inside my stomach, Owen?
Owen: What is it?
Me: There's a little baby girl in there, inside this bump.
Looking a little confused he sits there and thinks about it for a minute or so.
Owen: Marissa...when is she going to come out?
Me: Not until it's summertime.
Owen: Yeah and it's spring now, and summer is after spring.
Me: Your right, it is almost summer.
Sitting there thinking a little bit more.
Owen: Marissa can I look at her?
Me: Uh-uh she's inside my stomach, we have to wait until she comes out to see her.
Owen: Let me just see! (while trying to pull my shirt up haha) Pleeeasse! I want to see.
Me: Nope, there's nothin under there, just my belly button.
Owen: Ohhhh she's in your belly button!!
Satisfied with his conclusion, he goes back to playing.
Haha Man, I love kids and the way they think.
So dental school has become quite busy for Tanner these past couple weeks, and I think it has worn him out. Which means that I get lots of laughs from all of the sleep talking that he has been doing :) The other night after my nightly trip to the bathroom, Tanner announced, "I have decided to grow out my smart beard." Followed by a bunch of jibberish that I couldn't understand.
Another night, while fast asleep, I suddenly hear a big "WHACK!" Startled, I sit up to see what had just happened, It sounded like Tanner just fell off the bed....
"Tanner, are you okay?!"
"Yah, a bee just stung me."
hahaha Apparently, Tanner had just smacked himself in the face. Gotta watch out for those bees ;)

DAD says: better not sleep too close. :) and don't snore with a buzz or you'll be next. One time i was dreaming that a snake fell on me, so when patti rolled over and put her arm on me I instantly grabbed her arm, shrieked and flung it! then mom shrieked. Now we laugh about it. :)
So Funy! My little 2 year old nephew- wants to meet his cousins so he kept telling me to "open it" and proceeded to try and lift up my shirt-kids these days-lol
